On 26/11 anniversary, Trump tweets US stands with Indians

On the tenth anniversary of 26/11 terror attacks which killed 166, President of United States Donald Trump tweeted his country stood with Indians. Trump added we wouldn't let terrorists win or come even close to winning. The barbaric attack on Mumbai was carried on by 10 trained LeT operatives. The only one who was caught alive was Ajmal Kasab, who was later hanged.

Reward
Earlier, Department of Justice announced $5 million reward
Trump's tweet comes after the US Department of State announced a reward of $5 million for information on preparators. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said it was an affront to victims' families that those who planned the attack haven't been convicted. The statement also asked all countries, especially Pakistan, to 'uphold their UN Security Council obligations to implement sanctions against terrorists responsible'.
Bounties
US had announced reward for Hafiz Saeed earlier too
Notably, this is the third such reward which the States has announced for terrorists related to LeT. Earlier, the State Department announced bounties of $10 million and $2 million for Hafiz Saeed and Hafiz Abdul Rahman Makki respectively. Makki is a senior member of LeT and Saeed is the chief. In December 2001, the US had designated the LeT as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.
The fallen
India remembered those who laid their lives
On Monday, India remembered those who died in the attack and the brave officers who ensured the damage was minimal. The coordinated attacks started on November 26 and ended on November 29, in which many soldiers lost their lives. In Mumbai, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis paid homage to the soldiers.
