Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif. who is about to lead the House Oversight Committee, says he will launch an investigation into Stephen Miller, President Trump's new chief of staff.
Garcia wants to dig into Miller's record and policies and even told him to "lawyer up" after his appointment this week.
Garcia calls Miller's ice raids unconstitutional
Garcia accuses Miller of running "unconstitutional ICE raids" that hurt both immigrant and American families.
He says Democrats will use Congress and the courts to look into Miller's alleged misconduct and push back against what he calls "hateful policies."
After their recent win in Congress, Garcia says the American people rejected Trump's "corrupt and lawless presidency."
