Auto

Hyundai is bringing some big updates to India in 2026, with facelifted versions of the Verna, Exter, and Ioniq 5—plus the all-new Bayon crossover.
These launches follow the Venue and Creta Electric set for 2025, showing Hyundai's push to keep things fresh and competitive.

What's new with the facelifts?

The Verna gets a Sonata-inspired look and a sleek curved display, sticking with its reliable 1.5L petrol engines (expected price: ₹11-18 lakh).
The Exter facelift packs in a massive 12.9-inch touchscreen running Android Automotive OS (₹6-9 lakh).
The Ioniq 5 gets new styling tweaks, physical buttons, and improved battery options offering up to 570km range—priced around ₹50 lakh.

Meet the Bayon: Hyundai's latest crossover

The Bayon arrives as a lifted hatchback with a turbo-petrol engine and hybrid-ready tech (₹8-15 lakh). It'll go head-to-head with Maruti Fronx in its segment.
With these launches, Hyundai is clearly aiming to grab attention from young buyers looking for style, tech upgrades, and value.
