Mahindra hits 7 million tractors globally, remains top tractor maker

Mahindra just hit a huge milestone: 7 million tractors produced globally as of June 18, 2026.
This keeps them at the top as the world's biggest tractor maker by volume, including Mahindra Tractors, Swaraj Tractors and Gromax Agri Equipment, which markets the Trakstar and Hindustan range of tractors.
Mahindra plans 7 new models
Starting back in 1963, Mahindra has expanded to more than 50 countries and offers more than 350 tractor models from its factories in cities like Mumbai and Nagpur.
After selling more than 526,000 tractors in FY26, they're planning to launch seven new models and upgrade a dozen more for FY27, showing they're serious about innovation and helping farmers everywhere.
