Porsche unveils 2027 Taycan with e-shift simulated 8 gear changes
Auto
Porsche just dropped the 2027 Taycan, and it's got a cool new E-Shift feature, a virtual gearshift that lets you feel eight simulated gear changes with column-mounted paddle shifters and a dedicated steering-wheel button.
Inspired by Hyundai's Ioniq 5 N, this adds a fun, sporty vibe to electric driving.
Turbo GT gains Manthey kit
The Turbo GT model gets the Manthey Kit for better aerodynamics and braking, helping it break an electric vehicle lap record at Nurburgring.
You'll also find faster tech inside, plus new tire options that can increase your range by up to 20km, with a WLTP-claimed range of up to 668km depending on the variant chosen (with up to 1,034hp if you go all out).
So yeah, the Taycan is looking sharper and more exciting than ever.
