Subaru unveils 2027 Getaway 3-row EV with 420hp over-300-mile range
Subaru just pulled the wraps off its 2027 Getaway electric SUV, a three-row ride landing late 2026.
It promises over 483km per charge and packs a punch with dual motors delivering 420hp, so you can hit 0 to 97km/h in under 5 seconds.
Getaway tows up to 1588kg
The Getaway comes standard with all-wheel drive and can tow up to 1588kg, handy for road trips or moving gear.
Fast charging gets you from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes, making long drives less stressful.
Inside, there's room for seven, with heated seats as standard (ventilated ones optional), and big screens for both the dash and infotainment.
You'll get wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and USB-C ports in every row to keep everyone connected.
Pricing isn't final yet, but should start somewhere in the mid-to-upper $40,000 range.
