Bengaluru: 400 Wi-Fi spots, a Mayor's bungalow - BBMP budget
What's the story
It can be easily said that the recent Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike budget is not for citizens, but for the netas. While the city people will get to enjoy Wi-Fi in 400 new spots, the Mayor and the commissioner will get Wi-Fi in their bungalows too. Further, Rs. 60L has been set aside for two cars to carry national and international dignitaries.

While the budget for setting up the Wi-Fi spots has not been discussed, Rs. 5 crore was earmarked for the bungalows.
