Bengaluru: Congress leader, Khushbu Sundar, slaps youth for misbehaving
Actress-turned-politician, Khushbu Sundar, slapped a youth during a Congress rally in Bengaluru yesterday. The youth had allegedly misbehaved with the Congress leader, and was handed over to the local police after the incident. Although no case was registered against the man, the video did take over the Internet like a storm. While a lot of people supported her, she was also trolled by many.
Khushbu was campaigning in the city for Rizwan Arshad, Congress candidate from Bengaluru Central, when the incident happened. In the video, she can be seen moving towards the campaign vehicle, when suddenly she turned around and slapped a man present in the crowd, who allegedly tried to harass her. The man, right after the incident, was dragged away by the police.
This is called Kapala Moksha in Kannada. @khushsundar slapped a man who tried to misbehave with her while campaigning for Bengaluru Central Candidate. Even few lady reporters who are subjected to this kind of harassment should learn from Kushboo. #LokSabhaElections2019 pic.twitter.com/v5ZuFDTTZa— Sagay Raj P (@sagayrajp) April 10, 2019
