Air India Express kicks off flights from Navi Mumbai airport

Business

Air India Express is set to start flying out of the brand-new Navi Mumbai International Airport from December 25, with its first flight heading to Bengaluru.
This launch puts Navi Mumbai on the map as a key hub for the airline and opens up more travel options for flyers in the region.

More routes and bigger plans ahead

From day one, you'll get daily flights to Bengaluru and five weekly flights to Delhi, with plans to double these by January 2026.
Air India Express already connects 45 cities in India and 16 international destinations using its Boeing 737s and Airbus A320s—and with Tata Group backing them now, the airline has stated it will add more flights in a phased manner as it expands operations at Navi Mumbai.
