Eli Lilly slashes Zepbound prices to make weight-loss drug more accessible

Business

Eli Lilly just dropped the price of its obesity drug, Zepbound, in the US.
Starting December 1, you can get a month's supply for less—$299 for the 2.5mg starter dose (down from $349), $399 for 5mg (was $499), and higher doses now at $449 instead of $499.
All these are available through LillyDirect, their online platform.

Making treatment easier to get

Earlier this year, Eli Lilly struck a deal with the Trump administration to make obesity treatments more affordable.
With demand rising and sales skyrocketing (Eli Lilly's value just crossed $1 trillion!) , these price cuts aim to help even more people who need it.
