Kunnapallil said Indian consumers are moving towards premium TV, with those priced between Rs. 1L and Rs. 1.5L booming at present.

The 40-inch and above segment, which accounts for 45-50% of the total TV market, is growing at 26%, and the ultrahigh-definition (UHD) TVs segment at 145%, while the Rs 1.5L and above TV market is growing at 75%, said Kunnapallil.
