Jiya Thakur declared 'Dance India Dance Lil Masters 4' winner

Jiya Thakur has been declared the winner of 'Dance India Dance Lil Masters 4'. Along with the trophy, the 8-year-old was also rewarded with a cash prize of Rs. 5 lakh. On the day of the grand finale, she danced to 'Bom Diggy Diggy' from 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' and wowed the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Prabhudheva, Anil Kapoor.
"It has been a great learning experience for me. I have learned so much about dance and myself. One of the best moments of my life was when Madhuri Dixit called me 'Choti Madhuri' and gave me her blessings," Jiya said after lifting the trophy.
The top five contestants of the show included Urva Bhavsar, Jiya Thakur, AP Rockers, Tamman Gamnu and Mann-Amit. Urva and Tamman were declared first and second runners-up respectively. 'DID Lil Master 4' had Siddharth Anand, Marzi Pestonji and Farah Khan as judges. Farah had replaced Chitrangada Singh during the course of the show.
Sharing her excitement, Farah said in a press statement that this season turned out to be a dance powerhouse and that the contestants floored her with their exceptional dance moves and extraordinary talent. She also added that she is beyond happy for Jiya as she was her favorite contestant on the show.
