Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has been rushed to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital reportedly due to a gastrointestinal problem. This comes only hours after Big B shared the first look and teaser of his upcoming flick "102 Not Out" co-starring Rishi Kapoor on Twitter. The veteran actor has a history of stomach ailments and also reportedly complained of pain in the neck and spine. Here's more.

Further details about his health are not available health yet. But health experts say gastroenteritis could be dangerous especially in the elderly and young children as it leads to severe dehydration. In a few cases, it may lead to organ failure and death. Notably, Bachchan underwent an abdominal surgery in Feb'12 at Seven Hills Hospital after which he was admitted for 12 days.

Sr. Bachchan currently busy with several projects

Big B will be next seen in "102 Not Out" on 4 May 2018. He is currently busy with "Thugs of Hindostan" featuring Aamir, Katrina Kaif, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Later, he will be working on Karan Johar's Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
