'Anna' star Sally Kirkland (84) dies after fall

Sally Kirkland, best known for her Oscar-nominated role in the 1987 film Anna, has died at age 84 in Palm Springs.
She had been in hospice care after a fall in October and was also dealing with a bone infection and dementia.
