Deepika Padukone, Kartik Aaryan take up the 'Dheeme Dheeme' challenge
After Akshay Kumar's incessantly viral Bala challenge, the Internet is now going gaga over the Dheeme Dheeme dance from Kartik Aaryan's upcoming movie Pati Patni Aur Woh. And it's not just the fans who're excited about taking up the challenge. In fact, Deepika Padukone recently requested Kartik to teach him the popular hook step from the song, and Kartik obeyed. Deepika, Kartik performed the step at Mumbai Airport, this morning
It all started when Deepika took to her Instagram story, requesting Kartik to teach him the Dheeme Dheeme step. In response, Kartik said, "Ji, zarur.. bataiye kab." Following this, Deepika shared an update, informing that she and Kartik would perform the step at Mumbai Airport on Sunday morning. She also invited Pati Patni co-stars Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar. However, they didn't show up.

'Pati Patni' set to release on December 6
The superhit Dheeme Dheeme song has been composed by Tony Kakkar and Tanishk Bagchi, and voiced by Tony and Neha Kakkar. Notably, Pati Patni Aur Woh is a romantic comedy movie, based on a 1978 film by the same name. Helmed by Mudassar Aziz, the movie is all set to hit the theaters on December 6.
On the work front for Kartik and Deepika
Apart from Pati Patni, Kartik will soon be seen in Anees Bazmee's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Karan Johar production Dostana 2, and an untitled Imtiaz Ali film with Sara Ali Khan. Meanwhile, Deepika is set to star in Meghna Gulzar-directorial Chhapaak, based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. She will also feature in sports drama movie '83, opposite hubby Ranveer Singh.
