Devoleena Bhattacharjee clears air about doing 'Bigg Boss 12'

Television actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee has rubbished the reports of her participating in 'Bigg Boss 12', and categorically said that she is not a part of the popular reality show this year. Apparently, there have been reports that the 'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya' actress will be one of the celebrity contestants on the show which will be hosted by superstar Salman Khan.

Interestingly, this is not the first time that Devoleena's name has been speculated to be a part of 'Bigg Boss'. Earlier, during the eleventh season of the show, her name was doing the rounds as one of the celebrity contestants of Salman Khan's show. However, the reports turned out to be mere rumors. This time too, the actress has cited the reports as rumors.

Devoleena told us, “I am not doing Bigg Boss 12 and I don’t know how rumours are going on about me participating in the show. Same thing happened last year too. I would love work with Salman Khan Sir any day but for now I am not doing Bigg Boss.”

Apart from Devoleena, Karanvir Bohra and Milind Soman too were rumored to participate in BB12. However, both of them have dismissed the reports. Several other celebrities are also reported to be a part of the show including Ssumier Pasricha aka Pammi aunty, Dipika Kakkar, Gurmeet Choudhary, pornstar Shanti Dynamite, Bhojpuri actresses Priyanka Pandit etc. Notably, an official contestant list is yet to be released.

Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 12' gets more intriguing
Well, not just popular celebrities as contestants, BB12 will be having other interesting elements as well. BB12 will be based on 'vichitra jodi' theme, wherein contestants would be paired. Besides, the show will reportedly have two hosts and two houses with one ruler each. The promos have certainly raced the excitement for the show which will air from September 16 on Colors.
