Composer Mithoon has been working on a new version of Sandese Aate Hai for Border 2, with four diverse singers: Nigam, Dosanjh, Vishal Mishra, and Singh. The song is being positioned as one of the biggest ever mounted with over 100 support singers, reported Hindustan Times. Reports suggest that makers have spent ₹10cr on the song's rights alone! The film also stars Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, Dosanjh, Sonam Bajwa, Mona Singh, Medha Rana, and Paramvir Cheema.
