Shweta Pandit's sexual harassment allegations against music composer Anu Malik has created a havoc in the industry.
The singer has alleged that Anu tried harassing her when she was 15 during an audition.
Obviously, Anu faced the backlash from people all across the nation.
But looks like there is another side of the story and lyricist Sameer has brought the truth behind it.

Sameer, who claims to be the eyewitness of Shweta's alleged sexual harassment incident, rubbished her claims.
He agreed that Shweta came to Empire studios in 2001. But, he said not just Anu, he was also present for the voice test.
"Shweta requested if she can sing in some other room but Anuji said that I want Sameerji to also hear your voice," Sameer added.

Sameer further added that Anu was all praises for Shweta's voice.
"After hearing her voice, Anuji said, You have a good voice and I will definitely know for future projects," Sameer stated.
He then said that Shweta had left after this conversation. Sameer also emphasized that it is shocking to see how "people can pass comments without any proof".

Notably, Shweta had alleged that Anu, who is her father's friend, asked her for a kiss for giving her a song with Sunidhi and Shaan.
She claimed that the incident was her worst memory of teenage.
But contrary to her claims, Anu rubbished those allegations.
His lawyer even released a statement saying Shweta's allegations are false and baseless.

Reportedly, Shweta Pandit was quite shocked after reading Sameer's statement and questioned why is he getting into the matter.
She told PinkVilla that Anu always addresses girls with darling or meri jaan.
She further said that she wanted the 'Indian Idol 10' contestants to know this side of 'paedophile' Anu.
