Katrina works out every day for 1-3 hours
Katrina works out quite religiously, and never misses out going to the gym.
She started out with Yoga and weight training, and later even added functional training, pilates, and cardio to her workout regime, reveals Yasmin Karachiwala, Katrina's trainer.
To perform these exercises, she uses TRX, Bosu, Powerplate, Kettlebells, Medicine and Swiss Balls.
Moreover, Katrina works out everyday for a duration of 1-3 hours.
And, here's what Katrina eats through the day
As far as her diet plan is concerned, Katrina has completely replaced fattening foods with nutritious ones.
She usually has oats for breakfast, followed by a mid-morning snack of fruits.
For lunch, she eats fish and some veggies, and ends her day with sandwich in the evening, and soup and egg whites for dinner.
She also likes a cheat meal, from time to time.
Last seen in 'Bharat', Katrina to soon feature in 'Sooryavanshi'
Separately, on the work front, Katrina was last seen in Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat, opposite Salman Khan.
She will next feature in Rohit Shetty directorial Sooryavanshi, also starring Akshay Kumar. The movie would be the fourth installment in Shetty's Cop Universe, which has previously seen films like Singham, Singham Returns, and Simmba. It is scheduled to release on March 27, 2020.
