Netflix releases Saif Ali Khan starrer 'Kartavya's first look

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is set to star in an investigative drama titled Kartavya. The film, produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment, will feature Khan as a police officer. The announcement was made on Tuesday during the Next on Netflix event, where the streamer revealed its 2026 India slate.

Netflix has also announced another Khan film, Hum Hindustani, set in post-Independence India. The film follows a small team of officials as they navigate chaos, resistance, and overwhelming odds to conduct the country's first-ever democratic election. Inspired by real-life events, it also features Pratik Gandhi. It's directed by Rahul Dholakia.
