According to police sources, Orry repeatedly answered "I don't remember" to several important questions. Orry's international travel under scrutiny in drug case
The ANC has flagged Orry's frequent international travel between Dubai, the US, and the UK. His travels are now being examined as part of the broader probe. Additionally, investigators have also taken note of Kapoor's new mobile phone which was just two days old at the time of questioning. This has reportedly raised further suspicion.

Investigators eye luxury cars in drug transportation
Both Orry and Kapoor came under the radar after being named by one of the main accused in the case, Lavish alias Salim Sheikh. Sheikh owns multiple villas in Dubai and several high-end luxury cars, and allegedly shifted base to Dubai in 2020. Drugs were reportedly transported using premium vehicles such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz, as these vehicles generally pass through checkpoints with minimal scrutiny.
Legal history
Orry previously booked for alcohol consumption at Katra hotel
This isn't the first time Orry has found himself in legal trouble. He was among those named in an FIR lodged on March 15 by Katra police for allegedly consuming alcohol at a hotel in Katra. The FIR was registered after complaints about guests consuming alcohol and non-vegetarian food inside a hotel room despite being told it was prohibited due to its proximity to the Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage site.
