Veteran Bollywood actor Prem Chopra (92) was recently admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai due to a viral infection and age-related complications. His doctor, Dr. Jalil Parkar, confirmed on Monday that the actor is recovering well. "He is a known case of cardiac ailment, and he also had a viral infection, and that's why I'm treating him for the lungs." "He is not in the ICU; he is in the ward," Dr. Parkar told PTI.

Dr. Parkar further explained that Chopra's age-related issues are causing a delay in his recovery. "He is 92 years old, and he has age-related issues because of which his recovery takes a little time." The doctor added that there was nothing to worry about, as the actor would be allowed to go home in a couple of days.
