Not only for Ranveer, but Simmba is also doing wonders for director Rohit Shetty. The movie has become Rohit's eighth directorial to be a part of the prestigious Rs. 100 crore club. He is the only Bollywood director who holds this record. Rohit clearly aces the art of making the audience laugh and dance. No wonder, he is the audience's director.
Interestingly, Simmba became an important milestone for Sara Ali Khan, who is merely two films old in the industry. The Pataudi princess made her debut with Kedarnath in December 2018. Soon Sara came with her second release Simmba and with its success she has also found a place in the celebrated club. Sara couldn't have asked for a better start.
Positive reviews and incredible box office run have given producer Karan Johar all the reasons to grin. KJo can't stop gushing and thanked Rohit for making Simmba a blockbuster. "Making a mainstream film that is loved across the audience base is no mean task and he has mastered the art of doing just that," KJo wrote. We agree with you, Karan.
