Sanjay Dutt's debut restaurant, Solaire, is now open
Sanjay Dutt just launched his debut restaurant, Solaire, at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Kalina, near BKC.
Opened on September 20, 2025, Solaire is designed for everything from laid-back lunches to elegant dinners.
Explaining the vibe, Dutt shared, "The name Solaire comes from the word solar, meaning of the sun. To me, the sun represents warmth, light, and energy - everything I wanted this space to embody."
What to expect at Solaire
Solaire serves up a global mix—think Indian, Mediterranean, Pan-Asian, and European dishes—with Michelin-experienced chefs Gurudutt and Maher Ramzi behind it all.
The interiors are all about sunny vibes too: mosaic cocktail bar, plush seating, and a cozy yet modern feel.

Dutt teamed up with Ishaan Varma, Amit Lakhyani, and Abhishek Chabria for this venture.
