SRK, Salman, Aamir missing from Google's top films of 2025
Google's list of most-searched films for 2025 has left out Bollywood's biggest stars—no Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, or Aamir Khan movies made the cut this year.
Instead, Saiyaraa, starring newcomers Aneet Padda and Ahaan Panday, took the top spot.
Looks like viewers are more interested in fresh faces and new stories than old-school star power right now.

Half the top films are from South Indian cinema—hits like Kaantara: Chapter 1 and Marco are making waves alongside Hindi releases.
Even re-releases like Sanam Teri Kasam found success. Plus, streaming platforms are shaking things up; Zee5's Mrs landed on the list, while Housefull 5 also made an appearance.
All in all, Bollywood is facing real competition from new voices and different ways to watch movies.
