Building collapse claims lives in Kerala's Thrissur

Early Friday morning in Kodakara, Thrissur, a two-story building where 17 migrant workers lived suddenly collapsed as they were starting their day.
Sadly, two young workers—Rahul (19) and Rupel (21)—lost their lives, and one more person is still missing.
Heavy rain is believed to have weakened the old brick structure.

Rescue work on war footing

Rescue teams, along with locals, are still searching for Aleem (30), who remains trapped under the debris. Fourteen others managed to escape safely.
With more heavy rain expected and an orange alert issued for several Kerala districts, officials are urging everyone to stay cautious as rescue work continues.
