What was targeted—and what's next
The raids mainly hit job scams, investment frauds, and shady work-from-home schemes, with several call centers busted as the main hubs for these crimes.
On top of the arrests, police issued notices to another 509 people linked to cybercrimes—so more action could follow soon.
Gupta emphasized their commitment to better protection against digital fraud.
