Haryana: Minor girl gang-raped in Nuh; accused threaten victim

A 17-year-old girl in Nuh, Haryana, was allegedly gang-raped by three men last Friday.
The accused—Waseem, Afroz, and another Waseem—reportedly threatened to leak a video of the assault if she told anyone, forcing her to stay silent.
She shared what happened with her parents after returning home the next morning.

Police action and ongoing investigation

Police registered a case under the POCSO Act and BNS for aggravated sexual assault and criminal intimidation.
The FIR also mentions that families of the accused threatened both the girl and her father.
