Only three districts in Chhattisgarh remain on the "most affected" list, showing real progress against Left Wing Extremism.

End of Naxalism in sight

This matters because fewer areas are now caught up in Naxal violence, thanks to focused security efforts and over 1,600 surrenders.
The government is providing extra support to four "districts of concern" and aims to end Naxalism by March 2026.
