IndiGo cancels over 100 flights at Bengaluru airport, leaving travelers stranded

IndiGo canceled 102 flights at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport on December 5, with both arrivals and departures affected.
This follows similar chaos earlier in the week, as new rules limiting pilot flying hours have left the airline scrambling.
Many passengers faced delays of over 12 hours, venting their frustration online and even sleeping at the airport.

IndiGo promises to fix things soon

IndiGo has apologized for the mess and says it's working with aviation authorities to sort out the pilot hour issues.
They expect things to be back to normal by February 10, 2025.
Until then, travelers are urged to check flight updates before heading out.
