Major routes like Delhi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad were hit. Travelers found themselves stranded with little explanation or help from the airline.

Many passengers missed important meetings or lost money due to the delays.
Families with kids struggled without basic facilities, and only one service counter made things worse—lines stretched on and tempers ran high.
Some even lost their baggage, including an army officer who was left without crucial items.
IndiGo blamed a crew shortage caused by duty limits and a software update for the mess, but travelers felt let down by how it was handled.
