Karnataka High Court halts SIT probe into Kumaraswamy's land case
The Karnataka High Court has temporarily stopped the investigation against Union Minister H D Kumaraswamy over alleged land encroachment in Ramanagara.
Kumaraswamy challenged the state's Special Investigation Team (SIT), saying it was set up without proper paperwork.
The court agreed there were procedural gaps and put all SIT actions on hold for now.
