Manish Sisodia questioned in classroom graft case
Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia showed up for questioning by the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) over alleged corruption tied to building government school classrooms.
This is part of a bigger probe into possible financial irregularities worth about ₹2,000 crore linked to the construction of over 12,000 classrooms or semi-permanent structures across Delhi schools.
AAP leader Satyendar Jain also questioned earlier this month
The ACB recently filed an FIR highlighting suspicious handling of these school projects and is now checking if Sisodia or other leaders were directly involved.
Earlier this month, AAP's Satyendar Jain was also questioned as part of the same investigation.
The case signals a push for more transparency and accountability in how public money is spent on education infrastructure.
