Punjab top cop orders probe into VIP's jeep hitting Hooda

Retired Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Hooda's car was hit by a Punjab Police VIP escort jeep on the busy Zirakpur flyover.
The police vehicle reportedly overtook recklessly and collided with Hooda's car, drawing attention to how some VIP convoys behave on the road.
