All Delhi district courts, 2 CRPF schools get bomb threats

Days after a deadly blast near the Red Fort metro station, all district courts in Delhi reportedly received bomb threats on Tuesday. The threats were sent via email in the name of the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist group. Security personnel have been put on high alert, and thorough checks are being conducted at all affected locations.
Evacuations
Court complexes and CRPF schools evacuated
Three court complexes, including the Saket District Court and Patiala House Court, were evacuated after receiving the threat emails. A bomb squad is currently conducting checks at the Patiala House Court premises. Two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) schools in Prashant Vihar and Dwarka also received bomb threats around 9:00am on Tuesday. However, these threats were later found to be hoaxes.

ED conducts searches in Red Fort blast case
The threats were received as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at Al-Falah University as part of its investigation into the November 10 Red Fort blast case. Dr. Umar un Nabi, who is suspected to have driven the vehicle that exploded near the Red Fort metro station, was working at Al-Falah University's School of Medical Sciences and Research Centre. Two other doctors from the university, Muzammil Shakeel and Shaheen Saeed, have been arrested for their alleged involvement in terror activities.

Two other doctors from the university, Muzammil Shakeel and Shaheen Saeed, have been arrested for their alleged involvement in terror activities. On Monday, the police issued two summonses to university chairman Javed Ahmad Siddiqui following a complaint by the University Grants Commission. Investigators believe Siddiqui's statement is critical in addressing irregularities in the university's operations and the activities of people associated with it.

University distances itself from arrested doctors
The university has issued a statement distancing itself from the arrested doctors, saying they have no connection apart from their official capacities with the institution. Approximately 2,900 kg of bomb-making material was discovered in rooms rented by Muzammil Shakeel, located outside the university Of this explosive material recovered from two rooms in Faridabad, police found 360kg of inflammable material.
