Tragic murder in Meghalaya: Woman stabbed by ex-partner
In a deeply disturbing incident, 27-year-old Phyrnailin Kharsyntiew was fatally stabbed by her former boyfriend, Roberto Marngar, while walking with her father in Meghalaya's Eastern West Khasi Hills.
The attack happened near a parking lot around 5:30pm—eyewitnesses say Marngar came from behind, knocked her down, and inflicted severe injuries to her neck.
Murder followed recent breakup, say early findings
Bystanders managed to restrain Marngar and handed him over to the police on the spot. Sadly, Kharsyntiew was declared dead at the hospital.
