Blaming his pregnant wife for leaving him, a 25-year-old took his life by jumping in front of a speeding local train in Virar, Mumbai on Wednesday. Just before he took the plunge, he sent a 4-minute video to his friends and parents in which he apologized to them for taking such a drastic step.
What happened
Deceased had discussed wife's behaviour with in-laws
Amit Ratanshi Pokar's wife Dharmishta has been missing since March 9. In the video, he regretted he didn't know why she had to desert him. He added he had discussed her behavior with his in-laws as well. After she left him, he used to stay with his parents in Global City. An Accidental Death Report has been registered by the Vasai Government Railway Police.
