'Don't believe in exit polls'

Almost all exit polls had predicted a win for the NDA. However, the chief of Janshakti Janata Dal on Thursday dismissed exit poll predictions, saying he doesn't believe in them, as anything could happen on result day. "I don't believe in exit polls. We can't say what will happen on 14th November... Let's see what happens," he told ANI.

Political landscape

My priority is serving people of Mahua, says Yadav

Pratap, who was expelled from RJD and his family for six years, formed the Janshakti Janata Dal about a month and a half ago. His party has fielded candidates on 43 seats in Bihar. He said that instead of focusing on celebrations, his priority would be serving the people of Mahua. "I am winning the Mahua seat... Jashn ki tayari nahi, hum kaam ki tayari karte hain... " he said.

Election significance

Mahua seat has been a battleground for major parties
