Alibaba unveils Wan3.0 for 30 seconds high resolution videos

Alibaba just dropped Wan3.0, its latest AI model that creates 30-second, high-res videos in one go.
You can feed it text, images, audio, and PDFs, and it keeps characters and layouts consistent throughout the video.
It also nails facial micro-expressions and offers multilingual voice output.
Wan3.0 costs $0.05-$0.20 per 2nd
Wan3.0 is pretty affordable: $0.05 per second for 480p, $0.10 for 720p, and $0.20 for 1080p (way less than Google's Veo at higher resolutions).
The public beta launched on August 6 through Alibaba Cloud, and it is preparing a consumer-facing version through wan.video as part of a big push into AI (including a massive investment in tech infrastructure).
