Amazon Web Services (AWS) had a major outage on Monday, causing big apps like Snapchat, Reddit, Fortnight, Canva, and Roblox to go down for users worldwide.
Even Amazon's own Prime Video and Alexa were affected.
Perplexity AI's CEO Aravind Srinivas confirmed on social media that the problem started on AWS's side.
Venmo, Robinhood also affected
The outage also hit Robinhood, Venmo and Whatnot—though some are bouncing back now as AWS works to fix things.
