Fireflies.ai launches email assistant this month
Earlier this month, Fireflies launched an Email Assistant that drafts replies and follows up using meeting insights. More features are on the way, like making presentations.
The number of paid organizations using the platform in India has tripled over the past two years, so regional language support is coming too.
While there have been privacy concerns in the US about voice data collection (which Fireflies has disputed), Krish Ramineni said, "We're not training on your voice data," with zero-day retention arrangements with AI vendors including OpenAI and Anthropic.
