Instagram now lets you watch Reels you've already seen

Instagram has rolled out a new Watch History feature for Reels, finally letting you revisit videos you've already seen.
Announced on Friday, the update is perfect for those moments when you lose track of a Reel due to distractions, phone calls, or accidentally closing the app.

How to access your watch history

You can find your Watch History by heading to your Profile, tapping Settings, and opening Your Activity.
From there, you can filter watched Reels by date (like last week or month), specific dates, or even by creator—and delete anything you want from your history.
Unlike TikTok's approach, Instagram gives more ways to sort and find old favorites, making it way easier to rediscover content without any hassle.
