He encouraged global tech leaders to team up with India's fast-growing startup community.
The PM also pointed out digital wins like DigiLocker (used by 700 million people) and UPI (handling a large share of digital payments in India), plus India's recent moon mission.
He is currently in France and earlier on Thursday discussed investment opportunities and expansion plans in India with French business leaders in AI and logistics.
