India-specific POCO M4 Pro 5G to have 8GB RAM variant
POCO is all set to launch the M4 Pro 5G handset in India on February 15. In the latest development, the RAM, storage, and color options of the smartphone have surfaced online courtesy of MySmartPrice. As per the report, it will be available in three RAM, two storage, and three color options in the country. The phone made its global debut last November.

The POCO M4 Pro 5G sports a centrally-aligned punch-hole cut-out with a noticeable bottom bezel and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. It has a full-width horizontal camera unit on the rear. The handset offers a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2460 pixels) IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and DCI-P3 color gamut. It will be available in three color options in India.
The POCO M4 Pro 5G flaunts a dual rear camera arrangement, comprising a 50MP (f/1.8) main shooter and an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide sensor. On the front, it has a 16MP (f/2.45) selfie snapper.
The POCO M4 Pro 5G is fueled by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset. The India-specific variant will feature up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. Under the hood, it boots Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 and houses a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support. It also has an X-axis linear motor and supports 5G connectivity.
The official pricing and availability details of the POCO M4 Pro 5G will be announced at the time of its launch on February 15. However, going by the specifications and features, we expect the phone to start at around Rs. 16,000.
