Securonix CEO Toby Weiss warns agentic AI chains small vulnerabilities
Securonix CEO Toby Weiss says agentic AI, basically smart systems that act on their own, are opening up new ways for hackers to break in.
These AIs can spot and exploit tiny weaknesses that humans might miss, turning small issues into big security headaches.
Weiss said, "What people are worried about with AI is just how it can take smaller vulnerabilities and chain them together to hack into a system," and "what about the existing vulnerabilities that haven't been exploited, and now suddenly seem like they can be?"
Securonix has 400+ employees in India
Weiss also pointed out that AI could boost insider threats, with these agents can access sensitive company data just like employees do.
Meanwhile, Securonix is betting big on India, with more than 400 employees in India and operates two development centers in Pune and Bengaluru, with product development and support functions in India.
Dipesh Kaura from Securonix highlighted how India's cyber defenses are getting stronger thanks to Digital India. Companies are stepping up their game as the tech scene grows fast.
