Telangana's new Blaize partnership: AI, semiconductors, and fresh talent
Telangana just signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with California-based Blaize at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
The goal? Supercharge Hyderabad's research scene in artificial intelligence and semiconductors, while helping Blaize grow its local R&D center and nurture fresh tech talent.
Expanding Blaize's Hyderabad center and launching AI innovation hub
Blaize's Hyderabad center is set to expand, focusing on smart city tech, industry automation, and cool pilot projects—think AI for healthcare diagnostics or making factories more efficient.
Plus, Telangana launched the new AI Innovation Hub (TAIH) to put Hyderabad on the global map for cutting-edge AI.
As TAIH's CEO Phani Nagarjuna puts it, they're connecting real-world government needs with powerful computing for "measurable impact."
