Uber lets teens create their own accounts

Uber just made it easier for Indian teens to get around—now, you can create your own Uber account without needing a parent to set it up.
This update is part of Uber's new Teens and Family platform, which still lets parents keep an eye on your trips for peace of mind.

Other new features for families

If someone in your family has Uber One, you can now enjoy those premium perks too.
Family profiles are also more flexible—you get more payment options and don't have to share accounts anymore.
Plus, there's a new Seniors profile that makes the app simpler for older family members, so everyone can ride with less hassle.
