The feature is live for the Vijayawada-Hyderabad route, with more routes on the way.

How to book tickets on Google Maps
When you search for a route in 'Bus' mode on Google Maps, you'll see available APSRTC reservation busses, their departure times, and a "Book ticket" button.
Tap it, pay securely on APSRTC's site, and your digital ticket is ready to board—no app-switching needed.

While redBus still offers perks like live tracking and discounts across operators, Google Maps makes catching an APSRTC bus simpler than ever.
