Stone Cold Steve Austin is probably the one superstar who helped in making WWE a global phenomenon.
His rivalry with Vince McMahon is probably the greatest feud in the history of WWE.

Austin and Triple H in a tag team match
This was one roller-coaster ride, with Austin and Triple H facing off two profoundly talented wrestlers Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit in a tag-team match.
There was tension and drama throughout the match, and a lot of fans have called it the greatest match ever on Raw.
Triple H suffered a terrible injury in this high-octane drama, as their team lost the match.
Austin's brawl against Dude Love at Over the Edge 1998
This is another classic match, and here he faced off against Dude Love (Mick Foley) in a match where Vince McMahon served as guest referee.
Undertaker was at ringside as the enforcer, and saw to it that McMahon could not cheat Austin out of losing the WWE title that was on the line.
After an intense fight all across the Arena, The Rattlesnake prevailed.
Austin and Triple H's bloody match: 2001 No Way Out
Austin and Triple H faced off in a bloody steel cage match in No Way Out 2001 which saw the use of a nasty barbed wire tied around a block of wood.
The match was bloody, and both men were at their ruthless best, giving fans a fight they would remember for the longest time.
Triple H persevered at the end.
Stone Cold fought The Rock at WrestleMania X-Seven
Two of the most popular WWE stars headlined WrestleMania 17 as they locked horns for the Championship.
The stage was set to create history and they didn't disappoint.
Neckbreakers and Rockbottoms followed, as stunners were dished out at will.
It seemed a never-ending epic match till the greatest shock was pulled by McMahon, who sided with Austin to team up and defeat The Rock.
Bret Hart makes Austin into an overnight sensation
This match is one of the greatest in WrestleMania history, and it saw Stone Cold face off against Bret Hart.
Hart, ready to put Austin over as the next big thing, made this match look like a legitimate fight and Austin's head was busted open.
Wearing a crimson mask, Austin fought through Hart's sharpshooter and refused to submit, receiving a thunderous by the audience.
