Michael Schumacher's son, Mick, was crowned the F3 European champion on Saturday. The 19-year-old, who is being touted as the next big thing in racing world, has done a fantastic job till now. There have been speculations regarding his future in Formula One with Mercedes boss Toto Wolff lauding the rising star. Here is more on Nick.

    Mick bags maiden F3 title

After winning the F3 crown, Mick Schumacher was asked about his next move. "We will now think more intensively about next year and the decision will be made in the next few days." This was his first F3 title and it now means that he is now qualified for a FIA 'super licence', which is the stepping stone to F1.

    Mick is living his dream

Only one F3 race is left this season and the 19-year-old has managed to take an unassailable lead in the championship. Mick finished second in Saturday's second race at Germany's Hockenheim circuit. "It's hard to describe, I'm just grateful, I'm living my dream," the teenage sensation stated. He added that the title was his goal right since the start of the season.

Mick has had an excellent 2018 season

Mick is currently a part of the Pertamina Prema Theodore Racing team. He made his debut in 2017 in the F3 circuit. 2017 saw Mick end on the 12th position, with 94 points in his kitty. 2018 has been a remarkable year for the German. After 29 races, he has already amassed 347 points. The winner could now end the season on a high.
